- Log in to your primary Gmail account
- Choose the settings or the gear icon in the upper-right

- Select the Accounts and Imports tab
- Click on Import mail and contacts
- A window will appear where you need to log in as the other account

- Repeat the same process if you have more accounts to merge
- Add each secondary address as a sending address to the main account
- In the section of Send mail as, select the option Reply from the same address the message was sent to

1. By doing export and import
Google does not have a direct provision to merge contacts between two accounts. However, Google Contacts which is a contact management tool has a native solution for this.
Follow the given instructions to do it:
- Open a web browser and sign into account A
- Visit https://contacts.google.com/
- Click Export on the left
- Choose to export selected contacts or all as per requirement
- Select Google CSV as the export format
- Click Export
- The contacts will be downloaded automatically as a CSV file
- Now sign in to account B
- Go to https://contacts.google.com/
- Click on Export and export the contacts as backup (This step is optional)
- Click Import on the left
- Tap the Select file option and select the file exported from account A before
- Click Open
- Now the contacts are copied from one account to another
- Go to Contacts and you will find all contacts to be merged

2. Drag and drop
This method applies to Mac computers only. Mac uses Cisdem ContactsMate to merge contacts from various Google account effortlessly. Syncing Google accounts can help with merging contacts as well. There are certain tools available for the same. One such tool is PieSync. This is a third-party app and you need to allow it to access the Google accounts. To know whether or not you can trust it, check its privacy policies.
Here is how to use it:
- Open your web browser
- Visit https://app.piesync.com/
- Sign up
- Choose Google Contacts
- Select Google Contacts one again
- Add both of your Gmail accounts
- Allow the tool to access your accounts
- Select Configure the Sync between your accounts
- Set the direction of the sync which could be one or both ways
- If required, configure the connection rules as well
- Check whether or not the default connection settings meet your requirements or make changes as per your need
- Hit the Start Syncing Now option at the bottom
- Read the Start your sync and scroll down to choose the option Start Syncing!
- You will be led to a new page where you should be able to check the sync status and activities
- If the sync does work as you wanted, check the sync configuration or go to the Help Center to seek guidance
- Contacts of both accounts would merge once they are synced
