- Go to the official website of Truecaller (www.truecaller.com) from your smartphone’s browser or desktop/laptop browser
- Feed your mobile number in the search field and log in using your Gmail or Microsoft account
- The Truecaller database would have all the necessary details that you can see on the subsequent screen
- These details could include your name, username, mobile number, profile image, email address, and address
- Apart from the above options, there would be four more choices available at the bottom- Save contact, Add tag, Suggest name, and Mark as spam
- Click on the suggest name option to change the name through the Truecaller website without using the app
- A pop-up window would appear on the screen saying Suggest name
- Give a name and select the category as Business or Person accordingly
- Click on Submit
- Once you click on Submit, another pop-up would appear on the screen to say that the feedback has been submitted successfully
