Google has now added the UPI Autopay tab for users across India. Read up.
With this UPI Autopay you will now be enabled to get subscription-based buys sans any hassle. Google Play Store now comes with ‘Pay with UPI’ for users to make purchases from the subscription via supported UPI apps such as Google Pay or Paytm, and others.
For the unacquainted, UPI Autopay, under UPI 2.0, got introduced earlier in 2020 by the NPCI as the easy way to make recurring payments.
This allows you to make those payments for bill, recharge, subscription, and related stuff of maximum Rs 2,000 without need to manually make payments. When and, if this amount exceeds Rs 2,000, you will have need to enter UPI PIN to finish up the process.
