This allows you to make those payments for bill, recharge, subscription, and related stuff of maximum Rs 2,000 without need to manually make payments. When and, if this amount exceeds Rs 2,000, you will have need to enter UPI PIN to finish up the process.
Saurabh Agarwal, Google Play’s Retail & Payments Activation Head for India, Australia, NZ and Vietnam said, “We are always looking at adding popular and effective forms of payment around the world to ensure people can pay for apps and in-app content conveniently. All this while enabling local developers to grow their subscription-based businesses on Google Play.“
