The pick and drop service has already been started in 46 cities for non-containment zones falling within municipal limits. The company is ensuring strict adherence to all curfew rules imposed in different cities while serving customers efficiently.  

Samsung consumers can avail Samsung pick and drop service or opt for WhatsApp, Live Chat Remote Support, and technical assistance through the call centre. Users can also browse through access do-it-yourself videos on the Samsung Website and on YouTube to resolve issues with any Samsung products. Technicians will adhere to all safety protocols to make sure your product is delivered without any setbacks.

The new pick-up and drop service will allow consumers to get their mobile devices serviced without stepping out of their homes, especially in the current situation. We are hopeful consumers will utilize the pick-up and drop service while they stay home and stay safe.”

Customers who are visiting the Samsung service centres can also opt for drop-only service to get their mobile devices delivered to their home post-repair.
