- Click on File in the menu bar
- Select Properties
- Hit the Security tab in the Document Properties window
- Choose Security Method from the drop-down options in the Document Security section
- Select No Security

- Hit OK to confirm the choice
- Click on OK again to close the Document Properties window
- Click on File and then Save
