Anindita Mitra , the MC Commissioner launched the ‘Swachh Technology Challenge’ today. This challenge invites entries having innovative solutions up sleeve in terms of clean tech. Entrants can range from individuals to startups and even NGOs or private/government organisations.
How To Submit Entries?
Submit your entries using QR code available on the Google Form until November 30 this year. The winners would be from the City Beautiful Chandigarh, and will be alloted three top ranks. Winners will receive Rs 1,00,000 for first spot, Rs 51,000 for second and Rs 21,000 for the third spot.
What The Main Goal Is?
Mitra believes that this exercise is targetted so as to receive ideas for improving waste management with use of innovative technology. The four main categories are social inclusion, no dump, plastic management and transparency.
