WhatsApp has the potential to become your one-stop app for everything you wish to do online. The latest feature that Meta wishes to add to the platform is the screen share option.
According to WABetaInfo, the screen share feature is being beta tested. This feature is expected to be similar to what people do on video conferencing platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.

How to use the feature?
To use the feature, people need to make a call and click on the screen share option at the bottom left. WhatsApp would display a disclaimer mentioning it shall have access to details such as messages, passwords, phone numbers, and other personal data while screen sharing. The smartphone display of the user would be displayed completely to the other person.
This feature shall work if both the caller and the receiver have updated WhatsApp to the latest version. The feature is expected to be available in the stable WhatsApp version within the next few weeks.
Meta is adding new features almost weekly to make WhatsApp feature-rich and stay relevant as well. Recently, it introduced features like editing messages within 15 minutes of sending them, private chat where people can lock and secure individual chats, etc.
