Alongside restocking PS5, Sony is planning to launch next-gen PlayStation VR controller. Sony PS5 VR controller with finger touch detection is said to incorporate DualSense technology. The iconic design of the Sony PS5 VR controller will be orb-shaped and offer a high degree of freedom for players.Sony said that the controller will “be in the hands of the development community soon”.
Sony has also launched several new accessories including the DualSense controller charging station, Pulse 3D wireless headset, a media remote controller, and an HD camera. The company is leaving no stone unturned to tap in the gaming market with the best of latest offerings.

Design philosophy behind PS5 VR Controller
The DualSense technology in the PS5 VR controller will enable users to user make more natural gestures with their hands during gameplay. These controllers can also be tracked via the PS VR headset using a tracking ring across the bottom of the controller. The best part is that there are are no restrictions on how users move their hands, thus creating a unique gameplay experience.

Taking design to another level, Sony has arranged out the buttons and analog sticks in an interesting way. The left controller features an analogue stick, the triangle and square buttons, a “grip” button (L1), trigger button (L2), and Create button. The Right controller comes with the second analogue stick, the cross and circle buttons, a “grip” button (R1), trigger button (R2), and Options button. In short, both left and right controllers have adaptive triggers which create pressure when the buttons are pressed.
The new PS5 controller also sports haptic feedback optimised for its form. This will help the player feel the effect of each sensation within a game, for instance, experiencing a different audio or navigating over certain environments, etc.
