Touted as 2021’s flagship Pixel phone, there has been a lot of buzz around Google Pixel release in India. Recently, camera features of Google Pixel 6 were leaked online, and it seems the upcoming Google phones will come with gimbal-based video stabilisation, custom NPU, and other interesting features.
The all-new Google Pixel 6 series is said to come with a big Samsung sensor and a gimbal-like steady camera mode. The upcoming Google Pixel 6 series -Vanilla Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro are expected to wear the company’s in-house Whitechapel chipset. This is surely a walk away from the traditional Qualcomm or MediaTek processors. The offer gimbal stabilisation will enable smartphone owners to create shake/ noise-free videos.

If we go by the recently leaked renders, it is clear that the company is doing a lot of new things with the Pixel line. The whole look of the phone seems to have undergone a makeover, with everything from the camera bump to the display cutout seeing deviations.
Google Pixel 6 is said to have dual-rear cameras. It will sport a 6.4-inch FHD+ 120Hz display, and is said to be packed with 5,000mAh battery as well as an in-display fingerprint scanner. It will also have other interesting features, including wireless charging, an IP68 rating, 128GB of internal storage, 6GB of RAM, etc.

The Pro model of Google Pixel 6 is expected to host a 6.67-inch QHD+ flat display with a 120Hz refresh rate and punch-hole cutout. The company’s in-house Whitechapel chipset is being designed in collaboration with Samsung and is expected to work similarly to the Snapdragon 870.
Google Pixel 6 release date
Although there have been no official announcements yet, we expect Google Pixel launch date to be somewhere in October. If not then, we expect the phone to make a grand entry before 2021 ends.
Google Pixel 6 price in India
Google has been very careful whilst pricing its phones in India. We do not expect Google Pixel to costa phone. Even though there has been no official confirmation, we expect Google Pixel 6 price in India to be under $1,000. Pixel 6 Pro, on the other hand, could make it to the premium flagship category and might pinch the pocket.
