Grammarly’s GrammarlyGO – A Generative AI-Powered Assistant is Scheduled to Roll Out in April

The online tool for effective and clear writing Grammarly has announced GrammarlyGO. It is an ‘on-demand contextually aware’ generative AI-powered assistant. Grammarly said that the AI assistant ‘uses generative AI to help people and businesses succeed with on-demand communication assistance’ whether they are revising or rewriting an existing piece of content or writing from scratch.

Rahul Roy Chowdhury, the Global Head of Product of Grammarly wrote on its official blog, “GrammarlyGO will uniquely offer relevant, contextually aware suggestions that account for personal voice and brand style while staying true to our augmented intelligence philosophy to keep customers in control of their experience. It will enable customers to save time, enhance their creativity, and get more done—helping individuals achieve their potential and enterprises transform how they work.”

The tool would offer on-demand generative AI assistance directly in the apps people use to write. It would assist throughout the writing process, whether a long-form document or even an email thread. People would be able to rewrite for tone, length, and clarity. They can also ideate, compose, and ‘reply intelligently’.

Users can also compose high-quality content using organizational and personal contexts. It also offers a personalized voice. People can write securely and faster with Generative AI. Suggested prompts can be used as a guide for writing.

GrammarlyGo is scheduled to roll out for Grammarly Education, Premium, and Business subscribers in the month of April. It shall be available for free in the UK, US, Canada, Australia, Germany, Ukraine, and New Zealand from April onwards.
