Tap Undo for reversing this deletion and then restore deleted WhatsApp messages. The popup appears for a few seconds only.

The feature could gain lots of popularity owing to the ability to undo accidental delete. The undo or redo function is now staple part of the UI/UX app design. From a line of emoji reactions to its ability to hide online status, WhatsApp is indeed taking on superb updates for launch soon.
