After the ban on PUBG, gaming enthusiasts have been eagerly waiting for FAUG launch date in India. nCore Games took its official Twitter handle to announce FAU-G launch date in India. The Akshay Kumar backed PUBG alternative is all set to release in India on January 26. It coincides with the Republic Day celebrations in India.

Earlier in December 2020, the registrations for the game went live as well. FAU-G created a record with over one million pre-registrations in just 24 hours. he First Person Shooter (FPS) game was announced soon after the ban on PUBG. The widely popular game was taken down from Play Store and FAU-G became popular months before its release owing to a growing demand for homegrown apps.

Akshay Kumar also took his Twitter handle and tweeted, “Whether it’s a problem within the country or at the border…these Bharat Ke Veer always stand tall. FAU-G Game, which aims to honour the Indian Army, will support Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ mission. Along with entertainment, players will also learn about the sacrifices made by the Indian soldiers on the war-front. 20% of the net revenue generated will be donated to @BharatKeVeer Trust. The battleground of the game will be “India’s northern border” where a group of soldiers is fighting to protect the nation’s pride and sovereignty.

 FAU-G release date is officially announced to be January 26, 2021.  The FAU-G App will be available for both Android and iOS device. game is currently live on Play Store and is open for pre-enrollment. The FAU-G game size is expected to be between 500MB to 2GB in size.

Watch the official FAU-G trailer on YouTube. The theatrical trailer of the game gave an interesting glimpse of the Ladakh episode as Indian soldiers go up against PLA troops. In FAU-G trailer, Indian soldiers can be seen using assault rifles against their enemies. The new trailer also includes the title track and also have few dialogues in Punjabi as well. It will be interesting to see how the game play turns out and what language will be used to make it more appealing.
