Try to not touch your phone first thing in the morning. Begin you day with some reading or meditation. Even if you find it hard to stay away from your phone, just try to do it for a day. One day at a time should be your mantra.
Plan some physical activity during your day and in that time do not use your phone. Most of us use our phone to track activities like walking, running, etc. But you will surely see how different you feel if you can just focus on doing things that you enjoy rather than constantly looking at your phone screen.
