Verizon To Offer 4G LTE on ALLSET Plan to Its Pre-Paid Customers On July 17

A new report has claimed that the pre-paid customers of Verizon Wireless will be having access to 4G LTE in the later part of this month, on July 17. The carrier so far has been offering its high-speed 4G LTE data to post-paid subscribers only, but the carrier is likely to soon change it. In other words, pre-paid Verizon users have been getting access to only slower 3G speeds so far.iPhone 6 to launch on Sept. 19 in 32GB and 64GB versions – No 16GB model?

The source, Droid-Life, has been quoted saying that “Verizon prepaid is finally getting access to the carrier’s massive 4G LTE network come July 17. As those of you in the prepaid game know, Verizon has lagged behind others in terms of prepaid data speeds, leaving their customers on 3G-only, which is painful on Big Red’s incredibly slow CDMA network. That is about to change, but you now have to decide if their plan is worth considering.”

The publication also reported that the carrier will be adding the new LTE coverage for pre-paid customers with effect from July 17. The ALLSET plan consists of unlimited talk and text as well as 500MB of data.
