We don’t use technology, we live technology!

But what can be the most important technology of the future?

From sending letters through pigeons to video chatting through phones, we have walked a long way. This is nothing, but ‘TECHNOLOGY’. Technology has changed the way individuals communicate, think, work, and learn.

We talk about technology in every aspect of our life, but what technology is? In this article we will tell you everything about technology. Most importantly you’ll get to know ‘what is the most important technology of the future’?

Technology

Technology is something that has made human’s life easier and secure. It brings skills, knowledge, technique, process, and tools together for solving problems. It has made world a better place to live in and has changed the life of people from ancient to modern era.

The word technology is derived from the Greek word techne. ‘Techne’ means the sum of techniques, skills, methods, used in producing goods and services.

“Technology is a gift of God. After the gift of life, it is perhaps the greatest of God’s gifts. It is the mother of civilisations, of arts and sciences” ~ Freeman Dyson

Recently, everyone is talking about the future of technology. We’ll tell you what is the most important technology of the future. Here are the top emerging technology trends:

Most important technology of the future

Artificial Intelligence

Artificial intelligence or AI is the ability of a robot or computer controlled by computer to perform tasks. The tasks performed are the tasks that are usually performed by the humans as they require human discernment and intelligence.

Technology of The Future 1

The AI market will grow to a $190 billion industry by 2025 with global spending on cognitive and AI systems reaching over $57 billion in 2022.  As AI is spreading wings across sectors, upcoming jobs will be created in programming, testing, development, and maintenance.

Machine Learning

Machine learning or ML is the subset of AI. ML allows software applications to be more accurate at predicting outcomes without being explicitly programmed to do so. ML algorithms use historical data as input and predict new output values.

Machine learning will help to secure jobs like AI research scientist, AI engineer, ML engineer and AI architect. Forrester have predicted that AI, Machine learning, and automation will create 9% of U.S jobs by 2025.

Robotic Process Automation

Robotic Process Automation or RPA is also a technology that is automating jobs. RPA is a software technology that makes it easy to build, manage, and deploy software robots. These robots emulate human actions interacting with digital systems and software.

RPA offers many career opportunities like developer, project manager, solution architect, consultant, and RPA analyst.

Blockchain

Blockchain is defined as a decentralised, distributed ledger technology that records the provenance of a digital asset. It can also be described as data that can only be added, you can’t take away, or change it.

A blockchain developer specialises in developing and implementing architecture and solutions using blockchain technology. Blockchain requires experience of programming languages, data structures, fundamentals of OOPS, web app development and networking.

Natural language processing

Natural language processing or NLP is the branch of computer science, especially, the branch of artificial intelligence. It gives computers the ability to understand text and spoken words just like human beings.

In NLP, human language is separated into fragments. This helps computers to understand the grammatical structure of sentences and word meanings.

Internet of Things

The Internet of Things or IoT, refers to a system of interrelated, internet connected objects that allows to collect and transfer data over a wireless network. This is done without human intervention.

Technology of The Future 2

Forecasts suggest  ‘by 2030 around 50 billion of these IoT devices will be in use around the world, creating a massive web of interconnected devices spanning everything from smartphones to kitchen appliances.’

“Based on technology and innovation, know it has developed solutions that millions of people in the Nordic countries use every day,” says Christian Hartman, Head of Know it Insight in Norway. “Even though we have come a long way already, we believe that the biggest changes and opportunities still lie ahead of us. Technology and digitalisation is one of the most important mega trends of our time and a central driving force in this respect – we are moving towards exciting times.

So, after reading the article it can be concluded that “Technology is the future”.

We have discussed about the top main technologies that seems to be super exciting.
