Samsung Galaxy Alpha Latest Update

Smartphone manufacturer Samsung has earlier said that the company is scheduled to launch its Galaxy Alpha in the beginning of September 2014. However, nothing much has been talked about its exact release date and price as it is expected to vary depending on network.

Latest Update On Samsung Galaxy Alpha

Vodafone has officially said that it will be retailing the Samsung Galaxy Alpha and the device would be available in the color options of Charcoal Black, Dazzling White, Frosted Gold or Sleek Silver. However, the network has not yet announced the prices and exact release date.

Three has also confirmed the availability of the Samsung Galaxy Alpha on its network, but there is no information on when and for how much it would be available. The carrier is likely to offer the device with unlimited 4G data.

Carphone Warehouse has announced that it would be retailing the blue version of the Samsung Galaxy Alpha upon the launch, apart from the black, white, gold and silver color options. The interested customer can place the request on its website and they will get the response as and when the device will be available.

Samsung Galaxy Alpha to Release in Limited Versions, Note 4 to Have Bendable Screen?

Samsung Galaxy Alpha, which is being touted as the premium version of Samsung Galaxy S5, may just be a limited edition set as per the reports. The reason behind this is lack of metal case manufacturers in Korea. However, the Chinese metal manufacturer won’t be able to build more than 1 million cases per month, so the supply would not be speedy, thus limiting the no of Samsung Galaxy Alpha, say reports.

The sad part is, that it could so happen that Samsung releases Alpha only in Korea, something it did in case of Galaxy Round.

Galaxy Alpha would be released in August and would be an answer to Apple and LG’s premium range. The phone is also being called by other names including Galaxy F and S5 Prime.

As far as features of Galaxy Alpha are concerned then it would have smaller but full-HD display with thinner bezels to give an illusion of a big phone.

Meanwhile, in regards to another phone from Samsung’s arsenal, Note 4, it is said that the phone is going to have superior metal body with bendable or flexible screen.
