After Twitter created a hullaballo over its subscription services for the blue tick, Meta is all set to follow suit.

Meta will be launching a paid subscription service for Facebook, called Facebook Verified. The cost for the new mode of subscription will be around $11.99 for every month. You would be paying $14.99 on iOS app though.
The main target audience for use of this platform is content creation communities.
The Verified feature will come with few extra perks as well as specs, such as account verification tags. This subscription will offer “proactive account protection, account support access as well as enhanced visibility plus reach. These are the official confirmations that Meta has made.
Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of Meta announced this latest product via Instagram Channel during the last week. Verified option is set to be available on Facebook as well as Instagram, on separate subscriptions.
