Weighing 120 grams, the device might be 7 mm in thickness. Expected to run Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie operating system, the Galaxy S5 is speculated to sport a 16-megapixel camera with optical image stabilization and 6 x lossless zoom. With 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal memory, this smartphone will brag faster connection speeds such as the 4G LTE.
