As a war of smartphones unfolds, big firms including Google and Samsung are crossing over to competition on a regular basis. Anticipation is building up regarding Google’s upcoming Nexus 5 that’s speculated to be out this October. Moving to Samsung Galaxy S5, the device is expected to roll out next spring.

Considering rumors cramming up the web, Google’s Nexus 5 is expected to brag a 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor. This 5.2-inch Full HD 1080p device might include either 2 or 3GB of RAM. Google is expected to take out the device with internal storage choices of 32GB, 64GB, 128GB and 256GB. Earlier reports also indicated towards LG making Google’s upcoming Nexus 5, touting it as LG Optimus G2. With a 13-megapixel rear camera, this smartphone will include a 2,700mAh removable battery.

The Samsung Galaxy S5, on the other side is rumored to be a waterproof device, made of metal aluminum that will also hold fingerprint detection feature. Weighing 120 grams, the device might be 7 mm in thickness. Expected to run Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie operating system, the Galaxy S5 is speculated to sport a 16-megapixel camera with optical image stabilization and 6 x lossless zoom. With 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal memory, this smartphone will brag faster connection speeds such as the 4G LTE.
