Whatsapp iPhone Face Recognition and Fingertouch update is finally here. This is the 2.19.20.19 beta update from Whatsapp, which has been in anticipation since September. The latest Whatsapp iPhone face recognition update is being run via the FlightTest beta program.
This new authentication feature from the free to use messenger application has been rolled out for all beta users who signed up.
Another update was rolled out for Android users recently. However, Android users will have to wait a little to enjoy this fascinating feature from Whatsapp.
In fact, the Whatsapp iPhone face recognition feature is currently available for beta users who use the iPhone X or later versions. These users will be able to try the FaceID unlock feature that works behind the face recognition feature.
Other iPhone users will be able to use the Whatsapp iPhone face recognition feature with the TouchID or passcode options.

This new update was found by WABetainfo, which also revealed the WhatsApp Stickers Store app for Android users.
