Xbox One Update News: Notification From Friends When You Sign to Xbox Live

The April updates for Microsoft Xbox have reportedly started rolling out. This comes as pleasant news for the users though some are unlikely to see the improvements for a few days yet.The Xbox One provides much ease to the user when it comes to redeeming a code for add-on or a new game.

Xbox Update News: The Most  Interesting Feature

The most important feature in the April update is that you will receive notification when your favorites or friends sign in to Xbox Live. This was seen as the most frequently requested feature, so the company included this feature on a priority basis. The feature also has the ability to have friends who are in multiplayer identified in the friends list.

Some of the other notable features achieved through the update are improvements to game and app saves, improved GameDVR video quality, and Blu-ray player support of 50Hz video output for content recorded at that frequency. Meanwhile, the company is also planning to update the Blu-ray Player app as well in the next few days.

Additionally, the update also includes changes to the Xbox One controller and headset adapter in order to reduce static and improve wireless connections. The company has also tweaked kinect voice and motion commands with a simple aim to enhance quality and reliability.

Finally, Microsoft has executed silent reboot following system updates.
