The PC Specialist UltraNote II is a mid-range laptop manufactured by the UK-based manufacturer of mobile and desktop PCs. The machine is in the middle of everything. It is not very expensive but not cheap either. It is not very powerful but not underpowered. It scores high in design, usability and value but scores moderately in the features and performance department.
