Google Nexus 5 Vs Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Vs Apple iPhone 6: A Peek In The Future Of Phones Coming To Topple Samsung Galaxy S4

For those of you who would love to get a peek at what the future has in store for you, we bring you an exclusive feature on some of the hottest smartphones coming hopefully in the next year. So if you’re among those who are not planning to pick up a smartphone this year, you’ve got something amazing to look forward to in the next year for sure.

Google Nexus 5: After the runaway success of the Google Nexus 4, especially because of its price point, Google is planning to keep things just as simple in its successor as well. The Nexus 5 could also be a compact offering with a 4.5-inch screen with a resolution of 720p and an extremely thin bezel. But on the inside, it is expected to be quite powerful with its quad-core 1.5 GHz Snapdragon 600 processor and 2 GB of RAM. Google’s also planning to put in a jumbo 2,800 mAh battery to keep the phone running for long. The 9 MP camera may not sound too fancy, but we feel that it’s more than adequate for a smartphone.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3: Samsung’s successor to its popular phablet is rumored to have a rather large 6.3-inch display and could be made using Samsung’s unbreakable PHOLED technology, making it extremely power efficient in spite of its large size. The Galaxy Note 3 is expected to be powered by the Samsung Exynos 5 8-core processor and could feature a camera with a resolution between 13 MP and 16 MP. It could run on Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie with a superb overlay of Samsung’s TouchWiz UI.

Apple iPhone 6: One of the biggest rumors about the iPhone 6 we’ve heard so far is that it could sport a transparent screen or even a ‘wraparound display’. What this means is that users could get the benefit of an extremely large screen but in a form factor that’s still convenient to hold in the hand. Maybe it’s Apple’s answer to Samsung’s bendable screens, and it can also let you scribble notes into it using a normal pen, pencil or even your fingernails. Apple’s known for extraordinary technology, and looks like the iPhone 6 will embody just that. Not just that, the iPhone 6 could possibly have no physical buttons, so it will be completely touch-based operations – users can just hover over the side to get the controls like volume buttons to appear. And yes, this new screen could even allow users to view 3D content on their iPhones. Excited? We sure are!… Read the rest
