Thus, the difference in the weight is clearly evident. From a technical point of view, the iPad Air offers greater comfort in usage. The iPad Air also offers optimized button interaction. The physical volume adjustment and power keys are well placed. However, the Note 10.1 easily scores ahead of the iPad Air in one striking aspect. And that is the  microSD card slot. This comes handy for all those users who would like to expand storage of their new tablet. Both devices have SIM card slots. While the iPad Air features a slot for Nano SIM card, the Note 10.1 supports a Micro SIM card slot.
