Looks like a triple salvation for Google on Oct 14 as sources suggest a grand release date involving not only the LG Nexus 5 but also Nexus 10 tablet and the new Android 4.4 or KitKat

Of course, to come with the formal announcement is the showcasing of the company’s new Android prodigy – KitKat. This candy bar namesake is the power behind the two vanilla Android devices. Another solid sign to support this assumption is the Google-Nestle promo that offers chances of getting Nexus gadgets for free plus significant Google Play Store credits.
This deal can be had by simply snapping up especially marked KitKat chocolate bars in early October at one of Australia’s biggest retail store, Woolworths. It is no secret that the new Android thrust will see Google collaborating with Nestle, which explains the misc-en-place activities attached with the tech giant’s release date plans for its Nexus gadgets.
As for the two Nexuses, Google has remained secretive about their details; their existence is all but confirmed. Earlier this year, the company affirmed that it is building a new Nexus 10 but it stopped short of providing more information, including its makers and the basic specs to be served.
