Sony Xperia Z5, touted to be a competitor to the iPhone 6S, Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge + is expected to release sometime in September. With the release date coming closer, there are many rumors regarding the anticipated features of the smartphone. According to Leaksfly, the new handset will have a broader display with a 5.5-inch screen along with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels.
Although there is still no confirmation from the company, Leaksfly has reported that the phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 810 SoC processor, which would means faster performance. The much-hyped smartphone from Sony is also likely to feature a Qualcomm chipset. To make it a worthy buy, the phone is reported to feature a 3GB RAM as well as 32 GB native storage.
Owing to the increasing selfie addiction of smartphone users, Xperia Z5 is reported to feature an 8-MP front camera along with 20.7 MP rear camera. Fingerprint scanner is also another noteworthy feature mentioned in the leaks. Yet, the price of the phone is still under cover, which means Sony is all set to give a tough competition to the other smartphone manufacturers.
Apart from the Sony Xperia Z5, the company is also reportedly preparing two premium handsets, viz. the Sony Xperia S60 as well as Sony Xperia S70. Both models are reported to feature 32GB internal memory and might be unveiled during the IFA show in September.
