Perhaps the most unique feature about the smartphone is that it is IP58 certified. This means that the device can withstand dust and water. Number ‘5’ shows that this smartphone is protected against dust particles, and the number ‘8’ denotes the phone’s ability to withstand water immersion up to 1.5 metres. Sony Xperia Z2 is powered by a 2.3 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 chipset along with 3 GB of RAM. It also has the Adreno 330 GPU. It also has a capability of 4K video recording as well as a 2.2 megapixel front-facing snapper. The device is also equipped with plenty of additional features including 16 GB internal storage, microSD card slot, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC and 3200mAh battery. The smartphone measures 8.2 mm thickness with a weight of 158 grams.
