Samsung Galaxy S4 is talk of the town and for the first time after Samsung Galaxy S has come into being, Power VR GPU would be used in Samsung Galaxy IV to crunch the graphics. S IV is slated to release at the end of this year and is said to give users best graphic experience ever. Samsung Galaxy SII and Samsung Galaxy SIII, both used ARM produced Mali GPU for graphics. Samsung has just announced Samsung Exynos 5 Octa at CES and it will be using PowerVR SGX 544MP3 GPU clocked at 533MHz.
All iOS devices have used PowerVR GPU till now and Exynos 5 Octa have used 544 MP3 similar to 543 used on A5 and A5X chip. In iPhone 5 Apple uses A6 chip which houses PowerVR SGX 543 MP3.
May is being considered the month of Samsung Galaxy S4 launch and if all goes well then it would incorporate Power VR GPU to support some high-end graphics.
