Many other carrier network will have to launch the update to their GS3 version. Sprint is the network that has launched Android 4.3 to Galaxy Note 2 till now.
The period of rollout could be long. Some reports of Galaxy S4, Note 2 and Galaxy S3 reveal that all the users may not be lucky enough to get the update. There are lot of bugs being reported by the users, irrespective of the carrier they are using.
The Verizon network of Galaxy S4 provides bad Wi-Fi connection along with degenerated battery and slow charging. The AT&T S4 users face poor Bluetooth connection and Sprint GS# users face bad video problems.
