The United States owners of AT&T Samsung Galaxy S4 got the Jelly Bean 4.3 OS update. Samsung didn’t declared the launch of the Jelly bean update, but the upgradation brings Bluetooth advancement and Galaxy Gear support and assistance of Bluetooth LE which is supported with Android 4.3.
