The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 launch for India happened in Bengaluru today. Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ was also launched. Samsung has been quick to launch these products in India because unlike China, the sector has not seen a slump.
Generally India receives global smartphones launches later. However, things have changed recently. Note 10 series is set to go on sale from August 23. The OnePlus CEO has also said that India will be one of the first countries to see their OnePlus Smart TV.
Samsung Galaxy Note 10 India Launch
While the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 launch has happened only today, it has been available for pre-order bookings on Samsung’s online store and offline retail outlets across the country. You can also preorder your Galaxy Note 10 or Galaxy Note 10+ using online retail stores such as Amazon, Flipkart, Tata TATA CliQ and Paytm.
The official launch event was held at the Samsung Opera House in Bengaluru. The global launch for the two smartphones was organized in New York earlier this month. The Galaxy Note 10 is set at a launch price of Rs. 69,999 and Note 10+ is priced at Rs 79,999 in India. Both these phones will be available in three color variants including Aura White, Aura Glow, and Aura Black.
Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Features
The major features of the Note 10 series include a new S-pen with gesture control features, AMOLED Infinity-O display, and an upgraded Exynos 9825 chipset for better power efficiency. Additionally, both the phones have extremely thin bezels and curved edges to offer a larger screen ratio. But, there are a lot of additional perks that you can enjoy with the galaxy Note 10+.
The basic Note 10 model will have an 8GB RAM and 256 GB of internal storage while on the other hand, the Note 10+ model will include a storage configuration of 12 GB RAM and up to 512 GB of internal storage. Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ also supports storage expandability via microSD card up to 1TB.

Moreover, Note 10 features a 6.3’’ FHD+ display while Note 10+ features a larger 6.8” display with a QHD+ resolution. Note 10 has a 3,500mAh battery and supports 25W fast charging. Note 10+, on the other hand, has a 4,300mAh battery and supports 45W fast charging. The Note 10 series phones offer a triple camera setup including a 12-megapixel main camera, a 12-megapixel telephoto lens, and a 16-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera. However, the Galaxy Note 10+ also features an extra ToF sensor for 3-dimensional depth mapping.
