Looks Matter
Priced at INR 32,990, the phone is set to give stiff competition to the likes of the OnePlus 5T, Nokia 8, keeping in mind the features that come along. When talking about looks the phone is a reminiscent of the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy Note 8. The curved glass, its proportions glass back, and the Infinity Display makes it ideal for customized experience. The Samsung Galaxy A8+ is 75.7mm wide, 8.3mm thick, and 159.9mm tall, with a resolution of 1080×2220 pixels and an 18.5:9 aspect ratio, te look and feel of the phone is similar to the flagship models and looks nice and vibrant with good brightness levels and decent viewing angles.
The on-screen buttons are the result of the HD display that has a dual selfie camera setup on the screen, the first on a Samsung smartphone. It also has one 16-megapixel sensor and one 8-megapixel sensor. The face recognition technology works pretty well and also recognize different faces even in low light.
The glass back gives a decent grip to the curved design. But the surviving ability is in question if and when the phone falls. The fingerprint sensor got relocated below the rear camera sensor and can be an issue for users with thick fingers.
