PUBG Mobile has announced a brand new celebrity edition of its Global Extreme Challenge to be held on Thursday. The leading gaming firm is also teaming up with several sports players,artists, celebrities and influencers in different regions for the upcoming online PUBG Mobile match. Remarkably, the participating celebrities would include the likes of Jack Osbourne,Kevin De Bruyne,Ky Bowman,Marian Santos, etc.
Notably, PUBG Mobile is also collaborating with a non-profit organisation called Direct Relief. The organisation primarily works for issues related poverty alleviation and to healthcare. The upcoming Online PUBG Mobile Match will raise funds which would later be used to supply medical aid to front line healthcare workers amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
PUBG community members would be able to watch the live match through the company’s official Twitch, YouTube and Facebook channels on July 30. Notably, there would be different timings for different regions.
Timings specified for Southeast Asia are 12:00-14:00 UTC while timings for South Asia and Middle East are 16:00 – 18:00 UTC. Moreover, members in Europe and North America would be able to enjoy the PUBG online match from 18:00 to 20:00 UTC while timings for South America would be 00:00 – 02:00 UTC.

- South Asia: 16:00 – 18:00 UTC (21:30 – 23:30 IST)
- Middle East: 16:00 – 18:00 UTC

- South America: 00:00 – 02:00 UTC
As players watch Global Extreme Challenge event, they would be able to make direct to Direct Relief in order to help and support more and more people in need amidst the COVID crisis. The event has been launched as part of the larger “play for good” initiative.

It aims to encourage players to stay at home as well as to contribute to society in their own ways. PUBG Mobile company officials said in a statement that the Global Extreme Challenge match intends to be a call-out for all players and communities to join together to surpass limits and overcome difficulties.

We will also see the participating celebrities leading their own teams from different regions as Captains in the PUBG Mobile Global Extreme Challenge.
Kevin De Bruyne and Aleyna Tilki will be leading the European team. Aleyna Tilki is an award winning female Pop singer from Turkey.On the other hand, Bruyne is one of the finest midfielders in the world right now and is also one of the best attacking players in his continent.
Ky Bowman and Jack Osbourne will lead the North American side. Bowman is the point guard for the NBA’s Golden State Warriors whileJack Osbourne is the president of Osbourne Media.
Furthermore,Levinho, Yurem Rojas, Marian Santos and Paulo Dybala will lead the South American team. Yurem Rojas is also a well-known Mexican actor and has starred in the popular comedy show me cargo de risa.
Levinho is one of the best PUBG MOBILE players around the world and often shares his gameplays with his 7M fans on YouTube.Moreover, Paulo Dybala is a professional footballer from Argentina while Marian Santos is a well-known model, singer and TV from Mexico.
On the Asian side, GADING, HiềnHồ, and Aurelie Southeast Asia will lead Southeast Asia andScout and MortaLwill lead the South Asian team. GADING and Aurelie are both Indonesian actors. HiềnHồ is a popular singer in Vietnam who became the Runner-up in The Voice Vietnam in 2017.
Furthermore, MortaL is a global mobile gaming icon while Scout is also a professional player for esports from team FNATIC and is one of India’s oldest PUBG Mobile competitive players. Scout is popular for his M416 and 6x sprays.
