Reports suggest that a meatier Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 Ti could be released soon. Speculation was rife that the beefed up version of the graphics card would come as competition to AMD’s Vega 56. However, it seems that the launch would be sooner than we thought.
News of the impending launch has come to the fore since Gigabyte posted a teaser on its Facebook page to suggest a new Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 Ti graphics. “Ti will get you too…eventually” said the teaser on Gigabyte’s Facebook page with the hashtag #comingsoon”. The image showcased Stephen King’s 1986-novel It. However, the teaser was removed soon after, probably at because Nvidia was not comfortable sharing these exciting details just yet.
In fact, the Nvidia GTX 1070 Ti is now listed on MSI Afterburner 4.4.0 Beta 19. This GPU changing mechanism refers to a certain text in its changelog, which says “added core voltage control for reference design Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 Ti series graphics cards”. Availability of the rumoured graphics card on such a popular overclocking tool have set the rumour mill running faster .

According to unnamed sources at Nordic Hardware, Nvidia GTX 1070 Ti is likely to launch on October 26. The company states that many partner manufacturers are currently in the process of testing and refining their graphics card models to ensure their models are available on the day of launch.
