Nokia Lumia 928 Vs LG Optimus G Pro: Would New Lumia Overhaul Nokia?

Nokia’s all set to launch its new flagship smartphone, the Lumia 928, on the 14th of May. But when there are so many powerful, fantastic phones in the market already, does it stand a chance at being noticed? Today, we’re pitting the Lumia 928 against LG’s mammoth Optimus G Pro to see how well it could fare.

Nokia Lumia 928: The Nokia Lumia 928 is rumored to have 4.5-inch screen with a resolution of 768X1280 pixels. Within its all metal sleek body is a 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage space. Nokia’s also planning to put in an 8.7 MP rear camera with exceptional camera features and a non-removable 2,000 mAh battery. With such specs, we think the Lumia 928 could run Windows Phone 8 quite smoothly.

LG Optimus G Pro: LG’s flagship device has a huge 5.5-inch screen with a gorgeous resolution of 1080X1920 pixels. There’s a powerful quad-core 1.7 GHz processor and 2 GB of RAM letting the phone run Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean with considerable ease. There’s also 32 GB of internal storage space, twice that of the Lumia 928. Even in terms of camera power, its 13 MP rear camera sounds better than the Lumia 928’s. And then there’s the 3,140 mAh battery which promises extraordinary talktime.
