Finnish smartphone manufacture Nokia is expected to showcase its two promising devices, Lumia 830 and Lumia 730, at IFA scheduled to be held in Berlin on September 4 2014. The company is hoping to increase its share in the smartphone market with the release of the two new Windows Phone 8.1 running handsets.
Microsoft Devices would conduct a press conference at IFA and is likely to showcase the two devices at that time. However, Nokia has not yet officially said anything that which new device or devices are scheduled to be launched next month.
The Lumia 830 codenamed Tesla is likely to be equipped with a 4.5-inch screen with a display resolution of 720p. It would also sport a 20MP PureView camera along with a microSD card slot. The smartphone would be having 16GB of on-board storage and more as well as LTE support and Windows Phone 8.1 mobile OS under the hood.
Meanwhile, the Lumia 730 would have an exceptional front-facing camera along with a 4.7-inch screen and 720p of HD display. Some of the other expected features of the smartphone are a 5MP front-facing camera, a 6.7MP rear-facing camera. The smartphone would be powered by a Snapdragon 400 processor, 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of expandable internal memory.
