- Performance: Nokia Lumia is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 that is powered by a 2.2 GHz processor while the Samsung Note is buffed with a 2.3 GHz processor-also a quad core. The Lumia boasts Microsoft Windows operating system and Samsung Note 3 has the Android Jellybean. - Camera: The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a superb 13 MP camera. And this is where it loses out as the Nokia Lumia 1520 that has a 2m MP camera and is a better choice for photographers.
