New Dell Ultrasharp 5K Monitor Has Highest Pixel Count

Dell has recently launched a monitor that has the highest pixels among the monitors that are presently available in the market. The Dell Ultrasharp 5K monitor is much ahead of the IBM T220 as a result of its high pixels that are equivalent to seven traditional full HD displays.Dell Ultrasharp

The company managed to achieve the result by joining two 2560 x 2880 pixels tiles in order to get a 5120 x 2880 pixel resolution, which is equivalent to 218ppi and even more than 14.75 million pixels.

The screens are joined using two DisplayPort 1.2 connectors. This Dell monitor display can be rotated to get the portrait. The machine is also equipped with a pair of 16W Harman Kardon speakers, a total of six USB ports and a card reader. The monitor is also likely to feature a USB hub as well as other input legacy ports.

The Dell UltraSharp 5K monitor will interest creative professionals and gamers alike. The machine will be available with a price tag of USD2500; however, the company has not yet announced that when it will be launched.
