LG has confirmed that its latest flagship smartphone, the Optimus G Pro, will launch in the South Korean markets “next week”. Launching in the home market could give the phone an additional advantage in selling more units. The company has already confirmed the specs, and if it’s as good as we hear, this phone sure has the potential to make a mark.
The Optimus G Pro will have a 5.5-inch full HD display with a resolution of 401 ppi. It will be powered by a quad-core 1.7 GHz processor and 2 GB of RAM, and will have 32 GB of internal storage as well as a microSD card slot. The phone will also be fitted with a massive 3140 mAh battery, which will keep it powered and running for a long time, and will also support wireless charging. The Optimus G Pro will run on Android 4.1.2 and will have a 13 MP rear camera as well as a 2 MP front-facing one.
