Micromax has recently launched its much awaited flagship smartphone, Micromax Canvas Knight A350, in India on March 5 2014.

The smartphone is equipped with high-end specifications and is available at a very affordable price tag of just under Rs 20,000. With lots of great features and low-price tag, it is very much likely to affect the sales of Samsung Grand 2 which costs nearly Rs 21,000. We present you the comparison of these two smartphone so that you are aware of their technical specification that will definitely help you in making the right decision. 

Samsung Grand 2 is available with a screen size of 5.25 inch having a pixel resolution of 1280x720p and pixel density close to 280 ppi (pixels per inch). On the other hand, Micromax Canvas Knight A350 is equipped with a 5-inch full HD screen with a pixel resolution of 1920x1080p and a staggering pixel density of 443 ppi.  

Grand 2 is powered by a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 series quad-core CPU Qualcomm processor along with 1.5GB RAM and 8GB internal memory expandable up to 64GB via microSD card. Canvas Knight A350 has a 2.0 GHz Tru Octa-core chipset MediaTek processor with 2GB RAM and 32GB internal memory.

 Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 runs on Android v4.3 Jelly Bean, while Micromax Canvas Knight A350 operates on Android v4.2.2 Jelly Bean with firmware over-the-air for future updates.

 Grand 2 has a very good camera quality and is equipped with 8.0-megapixel camera on the rear-side and a 1.9-megapixel HD camera on the front. The smartphone also has some very attractive photo-editing features, such as sound & shot, continuous shot, HDR, beauty face, best face, rich tone, panorama, and sports and night that will take your photography experience to other level. On the other hand, the Micromax phone has a very high 16.0-megapixel main camera and an 8.0-megapixel camera on the front. This smartphone is also loaded with some exciting features, including M8 Largan lens, high-performance 1.34-micron OmniBSI-2TM pixel architecture, CameraChipTM sensors and electronic image stabilization technology.
