Here’s presenting yet another leak on the Lumia 940 XL, the upcoming Microsoft flagship from WMPowerUser, a Windows site of repute. The source here is based somewhere in Netherlands that reveals use of polycarbonate for its exterior. However, fans need to prepare for a hefty price tag that could be higher than even the Apple iPhone 6 and Samsung Galaxy S6.
Weighing The Prices
Apple iPhone 6 comes for $699 for while the Samsung Galaxy S6 is up for sale at $599. Going by their sturdy metal look, we think that the Lumia 940 XL will be high priced justifiably. Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor will power it to life while 3 GB RAM will ensure smooth functionality for the new Lumia 940 series on the block. While we are awaiting the release of the Moto G next month, latest leak reveals a major change in design on the back panel. The pattern does not seem to have changed much as per the new leak but the LED Flash is located in a different place than where we had spotted it earlier. We also spotted a trim in metallic body that is stretched out till the place where this logo for Motorola is placed. The new leak reveals a patterned back instead of a clear one that we had seen in the earlier second generation model.
What The Leak Reveals?
A leaked image we saw reveals a design that almost reminds us of the 2014 Moto G. This also goes for the pair of speaker grills. The part at the top edge of the new Moto G with the headphone jack is similar to the Nexus 6. Gear up to shop the budget ware at only Rs 9,999 on Flipkart. For now the phone will come visiting only this August.

The main specs of the Moto G are a 5-incher screen with 720p display powered by a 1.2 GHz Snapdragon 410 processor. As for the snapper, expect 13MP on the back and 5MP on the front.
While Microsoft seems ready for some austerity, this is no way means its business on the smartphone front is set to slow down soon. Therefore, we can expect more than a couple of flagships for Windows segment in the near future from Microsoft, according to @evleaks, aka Evan Blass, a leading tipster on the micro-messaging site. Samsung might steal the show yet again thanks to their clever thinking that allows beefy storage and expandable memory.
Apple’s iCloud Love Story
Apple is consoling fans by ensuring that its latest Operating System—read iOS 9—takes very little space on the iPad and iPhone. More so the process of app thinning is being tapped by developers at the Cupertino quarters so that applications do not eat up a whole lot of free space on the i-wares. More so, keeping storage capacity at a low mark could mean Apple’s stickler for iCloud and allied services. Remember how Phil Schiller, Apple’s Senior Vice President for Marketing said, “The belief is more and more as we use iCloud services…perhaps the most price-conscious customers are able to live in an environment where they don’t need gobs of local storage…..”
However, Apple offers us only 5 GB iCloud space for free. So are you genuinely interested in buying cloud space? Won’t a simple memory chip support spec work just right for earthlings in 2015? Hey Apple, are ‘ya listening?

Blackberry phones may soon shift to Android OS. Evan Blass, who earlier worked with Engadget as a senior editor recently tweeted an image that hinted Blackberry phones with Android may hit the market anytime soon.
The Image Decoded
