HTC One Vs Google Nexus 4 Vs Nokia Lumia 920: Lets Dive Into The Flagship Paradise

It’s a smartphone customer’s paradise out there, and you couldn’t be luckier if you had to go shopping for one now. But, if too many choices have confounded you and you’re not really sure of which is the right pick for you, let us help you decide. We’re pitting the HTC One against two of the existing popular smartphones – the Google Nexus 4 and the Nokia Lumia 920.

HTC One: This latest Android-based smartphone happens to be HTC’s flagship offering for this year. It has a 4.7-inch full HD display with the highest resolution so far of 468 ppi. Powered by a 1.7 GHz quad-core processor and 2 GB of RAM, it runs on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean with HTC Sense 5.0 UI overlay. There’s also a unique HTC Ultrapixels technology in the rear camera which promises really sharp and clear images with true-to-life color reproduction. Available with 32 GB or 64 GB of internal storage, it lacks a microSD card slot so you’re stuck with limited space. There’s a 2,300 mAh battery to keep the phone powered for long.

Google Nexus 4: This Google flagship smartphone literally sold out almost immediately after its release, and how! LG’s offering comes with a 4.7-inch screen with a 318 ppi resolution and is powered by a quad-core 1.5 GHz processor and 2 GB of RAM. It has an 8 MP rear camera and a 1.3 MP one in the front. The phone runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and is fitted with a 2,100 mAh battery. Its biggest drawback – it comes with 8 GB or 16 GB of internal storage and lacks a microSD card slot.

Nokia Lumia 920: Nokia’s flagship Windows Phone 8 based smartphone got a lot of positive attention since its release and seems to be doing pretty well in the market. It has a smaller 4.5-inch screen with a resolution of 332 ppi. In terms of power, a dual-core 1.5 GHz processor and 1 GB of RAM don’t quite sound as much fun as the Android contenders, but the phone manages to run Windows Phone 8 rather smoothly. There’s an 8 MP rear camera with Carl Zeiss optics and lots of camera features, as well as a 1.3 MP front-facing camera. While this phone also lacks a microSD card slot, it comes with 32 GB of internal storage. And there’s a 2,000 mAh battery which offers around 10 hours of talktime.
