The iPhone 6s Plus has a larger size as it measures 6.23 x 3.07 x 0.29 inches, while the iPhone 6s is 5.44 x 2.64 x 0.27 inches. With a weight of 5.44 oz, the iPhone 6s is also lighter than the iPhone 6s Plus, which is heftier at 6.77oz.

While both phones offer similar display features, the iPhone 6s Plus has a larger screen size of 5.5 inches. The iPhone 6s has a 4.7-inch screen. They are also differ in terms of the screen resolution as the iPhone 6s has a resolution of 750 x 1334 pixels, which is lower compared a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels that the iPhone 6 Plus enjoys.
