To start with, people who had pre-ordered this game received an email on Tuesday stating that the game will only come on or after September 30. The delay is not the only problem here. Rumor also has it that the game would be available to offline retailers in the gray markets in cities like Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai and Delhi.
