Looks like the iPhone 5S will soon hit the markets. According to well placed sources, Apple has already started producing the iPhone 5S at Foxconn. The iPhone 5S is rumored to have a larger screen than the iPhone 5 and is expected to launch by June or July this year. So, this summer could see Apple taking the veil off a bigger iPhone just in time to combat the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S4.
Like the iPhone 4S and iPhone 4, the iPhone 5S would probably have a design similar to the iPhone 5. But we’ve heard that it could be powered by a better Apple A7 processor and could also feature a better camera as well. Apple could also include a “Smart Flash” technology on its camera which would use white as well as yellow LEDs to reproduce better color in low light imaging.
Analysts are also predicting that the iPhone 5S could have a fingerprint reader on board. The phone is said to have a fiberglass body which would make it more durable too, but could also make it bulkier. Apple could also make a special version of the phone to work on China Mobile’s TD-SCDMA network, giving Apple the opportunity to launch on the world’s largest wireless carrier.
