“iPad Mini Is Not A Expensive Tablet” Tim Cook

 

Apple is all set to challenge the budget tablet market with iPad Mini. Mini iPad has been priced at $ 329, so a consumer would be paying double of what he/ she would be paying while buying Kindle or Nook.

Regarding the price of iPad Mini, Tim Cook told Bloomberg Business Week, “”A great product doesn’t mean an expensive product. It means a fair price,”

“The iPad mini is all the way down to $329. This isn’t an expensive product,” he said

Tim Cook’s comments did not go well with the investors as they were expecting iPad Mini to be priced aggressively against its competitors.

According to the report, he claimed that the experience of using Android tablets, such as Samsung’s Galaxy Tab range, and Microsoft’s new Surface, still does not match the iPad.

A paper quoted Cook, “I don’t see simplicity in others. They have multiple OS which makes them complicated.
