HTC has got haughty this time. Amid rumors that HTC One could come on AT&T at $249.99, the company put such lullaby buzz to sleep with an announcement that AT&T would offer the One for $ 200.
Beginning 4 April, you could pre-book the HTC One. The price comes for a two-year contract for the 32 GB variant. The 64GB variant comes for $299.99 on the carrier for a year.
Now before you jump up in joy, Samsung loyalists might be in for a beating. Given that Samsung S4 would be open for pre-booking only on 16 April, HTC would have a week to race ahead of the Korean giants. The One is touted as a winner even before we have laid hands on it.
An amazing 4.7-inch display that wows with its resolution and density, HTC One comes powered from 1.7GHz quad-core processor. With Blinkfeed, Zoe Mode and Boom Sound the phone has too much to punch into the world than we ever anticipated. Add to this, the clicker that seduces with its pixel count and the easy flick between varied apps on the One, and we are sure of getting a miracle in hands.
No wonder, the HTC chill is trickling down Samsung’s spine.
