Joining the league of speculations surrounding HTC, the latest one indicates towards the firm getting all geared up to roll out a mini version of its flagship the One device, touted as the HTC One Mini on August 3 in Germany.

Coming via a German site, the information specifies that the upcoming One Mini smartphone will go on sale on O2, which is Germany’s fourth largest carrier.

However, this is not the only buzz in the rumor mill. Earlier reports also indicated towards the same August 3rd launch date and O2 carrier for the One Mini.

Designed with a 4.3-inch screen, the HTC One Mini is expected to hold 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory. With 4-megapixel camera, the device might run Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS.

Sometime in June, news reported in Bloomberg claimed the arrival of the HTC One Mini in summer this year and retailing by August.

Reports have suggested that the smartphone will make its way to AT&T and T-Mobile carriers, going off in a UAProf as well.
