Mother’s day is just around the corner and if you still haven’t decided on what to pick up for your mom, well you’re in luck. Barnes & Noble has brought down the prices of its Nook HD and Nook HD+ tablets, especially for Mother’s Day.
So now you can pick up the 8 GB version of Nook HD for just $149, down from $199, while the 16 GB version will cost you $179 now. If you’re going for the Nook HD+, you’ll just have to pay $179 for the 16 GB version, down from $269, and only $209 for the 32 GB version, down from $299. And the company is also offering free shipping on these devices, until the 12th of May.
And there’s more – what’s made these tablets even more appealing, in addition to the price cut, is B&N’s decision to provide access to Google Play on the Nook HD and HD+.
