To steal fighter jets, here’s a trick. Hop on to a car in Franklin. Choose a car with good acceleration abilities. Drive fast through the blockade and go towards the right immediately. Once the parking lot is reached, take a left and find covered jets. Hop on in one of the jets quickly and fly high.
