Some of the features of the Tablets have been leaked. It may have a 1280 by 800 pixels density which is would make for a good visually appealing experience. The same amount of pixel density is provided by Google Nexus 7.

The 7-inch Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 could house a dual- or quad-core Exynos system-on-a-chip which would surely pack a punch. It has also been reported that it would be powered by 1.5GHz processor.
